Attorneys Layne and Christina Peterson met on the first day of law school, married during the second year, and have practiced life and law together happily ever since.
Christina Peterson has over 20 years of experience as an attorney. She earned her J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from The University of Texas School of Law in 1995, after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Kansas.
Christina left her family florist business to pursue her dream of defending those accused of crimes including capital murder. After she and Layne were blessed with two sons, Christina has limited her practice to wills, trusts, probate, and guardianship law, and handles the firm’s court hearings.
Layne Peterson earned a joint degree J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) / M.B.A. (Masters in Business Administration) from The University of Texas School of Law in 1996, after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
Layne designed computer operating system software for eight years prior to practicing law for another 20+ years. Layne is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law and specializes in wills, trusts, tax planning, and asset preservation with business entities.
